Efímero y virtual reúne los resultados del trabajo interdisciplinar realizado por distintos historiadores del arte y gira en torno a las fiestas del Antiguo Régimen, dentro del ámbito de las humanidades digitales.
Todos los trabajos están basados en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías en la reconstrucción/recreación de las manifestaciones efímeras, lo cual permite analizarlas de forma innovadora y reflexionar sobre cuestiones que, hasta ahora, por la limitación de las fuentes, no se habían podido abordar.

Ephemeral and virtual brings together the results of the interdisciplinary work carried out by different art historians and it focuses on the festivals of the Old Regime, within the field of digital humanities.
All the works are based on the use of new technologies in the reconstruction/recreation of ephemeral manifestations, which allows us to analyse them in an innovative way and reflect on questions that, until now, due to the limitations of the sources, had not been possible to address.
